Mónica van der Schraft Takes Part in International Arbitration Events in Madrid

Between May 29 and June 2, Madrid hosted the Fourth Meeting of CIIAM Working Groups and the 20th International Congress of the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club (CEIA), two events that brought together a significant part of the Ibero-American arbitration community.

Mónica van der Schraft was part of the delegation of more than 50 Chilean lawyers who took part in this trip coordinated by CAM Santiago. The visit provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, review the progress of CIIAM’s working groups, and discuss the main trends and challenges in international arbitration.

These meetings offered a valuable opportunity to strengthen professional ties, share comparative perspectives, and deepen the discussion on current arbitration debates within the Ibero-American sphere.
