We invite you to read the book Contemporary Challenges in Dispute Resolution. An Approach to Civil, Commercial and Regulatory Disputes (Desafíos contemporáneos en la resolución de conflictos. Una aproximación a las disputas civiles, comerciales y regulatorias), published by DER Ediciones. This is a collective work, built from both diverse experiences and perspectives. It addresses the concept of conflict from multiple angles and will soon be available to the public.

In this work, Mónica van der Schraft contributed a chapter on artificial intelligence and dispute resolution, a topic that is becoming increasingly relevant in legal practice and raises important questions about how to navigate this new landscape.
