Bio
Lawyer from Universidad de los Andes and LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution from King’s College London, his career has been linked from the outset to arbitration and dispute resolution.
Prior to founding MVJV Arbitration in 2025, he was part of the arbitration and civil litigation team at Garrigues Chile from 2016, and between 2013 and 2016 he worked in the same practice area at Cariola Diez Pérez-Cotapos.
Alongside his litigation practice, in 2023 he began being appointed as arbitrator, as he was added to the arbitrators list of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, and since 2017 he has served as secretary to Arbitral Tribunals.
Currently, he works as counsel in arbitration proceedings, arbitrator, and secretary to Arbitral Tribunals. He also represents clients before civil courts.
In 2024 and 2025, Legal 500 recognized him as leading associate in the arbitration and litigation categories, and in 2024 awarded him as Arbitration Rising Star of the Year.
In 2012, he was honored for graduating with the highest GPA of his university class, as well as for achieving the highest grades in civil, commercial, and procedural law courses.
